For the last twenty years, 95% of my business has been in industrial and commercial sales and leases. These include warehouses, land and commercial buildings. Some of the commercial buildings in which I was an integral part of the sales process include: the Union Plaza Complex, a 10 unit office complex in which my offices are currently housed. I have been the procuring Broker in the Sale of the Executive Hotel and La Hacienda Motel as well as others. I am working on the development of World Trade Commerce Center. This is a 105 acre industrial/commercial development in North Laredo, on the U.S.-Mexico border, adjacent to the World Trade Bridge.
I am representing a residential subdivision containing 240 acres located near the Lake. This project consists of fourteen different subdivisions, 800 lots with varying lot sizes and a lake view. Over 670 lots have already sold exclusively by my company. Currently we are working on Phases 13 and 18.
I am representing a condominium project known as Villas del Lago Condominiums. This is a luxury condominium complex consisting of 33 units. It is centrally located at Delmar and Mcpherson near banks, grocery stores and restaurants.
I represent exclusively the Jacaman Commercial Park. This is a 49 acre commercial park located at loop 20 and Jacaman Road Extension. This property is zoned B-4. (Sold Out)
Cantera Court is a multi use development located at McPherson and Loop 20 at the entrance of both Tiara and Sontera Subdivision. Listing agent and Selling Agent for the sale of the Dolores Ranch. A 12,000 acre ranch located on Mines Road. This ranch was sold in September 2004 at a sales price of $18 million dollars.
Currently under contract is a 300 acre ranch on Mines Road at an estimated price of $8 million Dollars.
Currently our office has the listing for several large commercial Office Plazas for sale and lease. Amongst those include the Reinhardt Plaza, Providence Plaza, Renaissance Plaza, Cantu Commercial Plaza, Little Italy, Northpoint Plaza, Times Square, French Quarters, The Colonade and City Walk.
On May 12, 2006, I was selected by the Laredo Chamber of Commerce as The 2006 Distinguished Business Person of The Year. The Formal Luncheon and Awards Ceremony took place on June 22, 2006.
